Being the third generation of this deep family tradition of Rikhi Ram brand of musical instruments maker, trained with all technical skills and music knowledge to set high standard in instrument making along with experience gainby making & repairing instruments for great maestros like Pt. Ravi Shankar, Ustad Vilayat Khan, Ustad Ali Akbar khan, Ustad Amjad Ali Khan, Pt. Jasraj to name few, have taken this art to new heights, with lots of praise from musicians around the world.
After touring countries like USA, U.K., France, Italy, Spain, Holland, Egypt number of times, for many musical instrument workshops on making and maintenance, arranged and sponsored by many cultural organizations such as ICCR, Sangeet Natak Akademi, Asian Music Circuit, Om Music Circle, USA has brought new dimension of globalising this art in foreign land, by giving Lec-dems and live demonstration of musical instrument making. My most recent project concluded is summer school at SOAS, University of London by Asian Music Circuit.
